Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of autofonder.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Autofonder ("Autofonder," "we," "us"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Autofonder sells cargo control and load securement products — tie-down straps, cargo nets, winch straps, and related accessories — direct to customers in the United States. You can reach us at service@easy-lifting.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products, Specifications, and Images

We work hard to describe every product accurately, including the working load limit (WLL) and break strength printed on the label. Even so, product names, images, colors, packaging, and specifications may differ slightly from what appears on screen, and we may change designs, materials, and specifications at any time without notice.

A working load limit is the maximum load a tie-down should secure in normal use, and it is typically one-third of its break strength. Always size and use your straps by the working load limit, never by the break strength. Never exceed the WLL printed on the label.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Payment is due when you place your order. Payments are processed by Shopify and PayPal; we do not store your card details. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as fraudulent, we may cancel the order.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we ship the product. We may decline or cancel an order — for example because of a pricing or inventory error, a shipping restriction, suspected fraud, or a failed payment — and we will refund any amount you have already paid.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day; all other orders leave our warehouse on the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States, and a flat $5 shipping fee applies to orders below $50. For Canada, standard shipping is free on orders of US$80 or more, and a flat US$5 shipping fee applies below US$80. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you on delivery by the carrier. In practice, if your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us — we will replace it or refund you.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated into them by reference. In summary: a 30-day money-back guarantee with return shipping paid by us, and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

8. Safe Use of Load Securement Products

Autofonder products are designed to secure cargo. They are not lifting equipment and must never be used for overhead lifting, or to suspend or support people.

• Read the label and never exceed the working load limit printed on the product.
• Inspect every strap before each use and replace any strap with cuts, fraying, UV damage, or damaged hardware.
• Use the correct number of straps for the load, anchor to rated points, and follow applicable DOT and FMCSA rules and your local regulations.
• Never run webbing over sharp, hot, or abrasive surfaces without protection.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your application and for using it correctly. Autofonder is not responsible for cargo damage, vehicle damage, personal injury, or any other loss resulting from overloading, improper installation, inadequate inspection, use of a worn or damaged strap, or any use that does not follow the product label and these Terms.

9. Warranty and Disclaimers

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Except for that express warranty, and except for any rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autofonder's total liability for any claim relating to the Site or to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost cargo, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autofonder and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, product photography, graphics, logos, and the Autofonder name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Autofonder and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use that content without our written permission.

13. Your Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our products and marketing. You confirm that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful material. We may remove content at our discretion.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes; to scrape or harvest data; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to interfere with the operation of the Site; to resell our products under another brand; or to use our content without permission.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third-party services (for example, Shopify for checkout and payments) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

16. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Updated Terms apply to purchases and use after they are posted; the version in effect when you placed your order governs that order.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at service@easy-lifting.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. You and Autofonder each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
